amazing book! it helped me develop a healthier routine to spending my time properly. the lessons might seem simple, but from my experience they are very important. i'm so glad i found this book, since i got reminded of living life meaningfully. in terms of writing style, it is highly poetic. the voice over is relaxing, which fits the book a lot. i enjoyed listening to it, while i do some of my tasks
